Two (2) 8' x 30" tables Two (2) folding chairs Two (2) tablecloths Inclusion (at HCC's discretion) in festival advertising, which may include flyers, posters, website listings, emails, radio announcements, and other promotional materials Optional Add-Ons

One additional 8' x 30" table: $15 Additional folding chairs: $5 each Electricity: $25 Important Information

Vendor setup begins at 9:00 AM Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis Full payment must accompany the reservation form Accepted payment methods: Cash, PayPal, personal checks, and bank checks payable to HCC

No space will be reserved until payment is received Cancellations after July 15, 2026 are non-refundable, as festival advertising will already be in productionVendors may bring their own tents, provided they do not exceed the allotted 10' x 10' space. Please bring any extension cords or lighting you may require, as these items will not be provided by HCC.
