Additional tables and chairs must be ordered through HCC to provide a uniform look to our patrons. The charge for these items is as follows:

  • 8' by 30" table - $15 (limit of one additional table per space)
  • Folding chair - $5

If electricity is required, it is an additional charge of $25

Set up time will begin at 9 am. All spaces are sold on a first come - first

Payment is expected in full (Cash, PayPal, Personal or Bank Checks payable to HCC - no credit cards) along with reservation form.

Cancellations after September 1, 2024 will result in forfeiture of your payment as advertisements will already have printed. No space will be reserved until monies are received!

Vendors are welcome to bring their own tents as long as they do not exceed the 10° x 10' area. Please anticipate your needs for lights in your tent and extension cords, as these will not be provided by HCC.
